Honesty Tip

Here's a good way to assess your training:

Take your best practice and your worst practice from each week.  Throw them out.  The rest of the week is a true statement about "where you are" in training.

The high end and the low end of our energy expenditure and focus during practice should be used, particularly on the high end, to glimpse the possibilities of practice performance potential.
